Ignite Studios is open to everybody at every level. Whether it’s your first or 1,000th class you will find a safe place to practice yoga and dance without judgment. All are welcome here!

Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, you'll settle into fully supported postures held for several minutes, allowing your body and mind to rest and reset. Perfect for all levels, especially those recovering from stress, injury, or simply seeking a slower, more mindful practice. No prior yoga experience needed—just come as you are.

  • Our Prenatal Yoga class is designed to support expecting mothers throughout their pregnancy journey, offering a gentle and safe practice that focuses on strengthening the body, alleviating common pregnancy discomforts, and preparing for labor. This class is tailored to meet the unique needs of each trimester, with an emphasis on breathwork, relaxation techniques, and physical postures that improve flexibility, reduce tension, and promote overall well-being.

    Throughout the session, participants will engage in calming and restorative movements that help ease back pain, improve circulation, and reduce stress, while also strengthening the pelvic floor and core muscles in preparation for childbirth. Deep breathing exercises will encourage relaxation and mindfulness, helping to manage anxiety and prepare for the emotional and physical demands of labor.

    Led by Delaney Lowman, a registered nurse and trained doula, the class creates a supportive community for expectant mothers to connect with one another and share experiences. Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, this class offers modifications for all levels, ensuring a safe and nurturing experience for both mom and baby.
